At first glance you think you're walking into an elegant restaurant. I was not impressed by a long shot! We went in the evening and from the minute my friend and I walked in, the man at the front desk was rude, short and hard-talking. He seemed angry. He was talking very loudly across the room to his friends. My friend ordered Biriani with chicken which was so spicy I could hardly eat and flavorless. The rice was overcooked. We ordered a carrot dessert which was nice. We accumulated several dishes on the table from the appetizer bread they served to the dessert. Although empty, the dishes were piled on the table and never cleared until we left. Our water was never refilled as well. Upon leaving, my friend decided tho let the man know we were disappointed. She didn't speak out loud but he began raising his voice so his Indian friends could hear him. My friend was saying, I won't be back, but he was yelling never come back here, as if he were putting us out against our will. ๐ค I actually had to laugh at that. ๐ We should have read the reviews before going...the reviews he said were 95% excellent. ๐ Do not recommend to anyone who isn't Indian. ๐

I love this place! Be warned, if you order your food spicy, it will be extremely spicy! I love hot food but it was sometimes a little much even for me, so I've taken to getting "medium" spice.

Walked in to half the tables full and told they aren't taking orders right now, that it would be over two hours before I would be served. Whole place was full of Indians. I think they're racist. Based on the reviews here, I'm glad I didn't eat anyway. As I'm typing this, I've seen two Indian groups walk in and I can see they've been seated.
